Emerging Leaders Program Director

About the role

Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Emerging Leaders program. The director will guide strategic, spiritual, and operational aspects of the initiative, helping to empower thousands of African leaders across Rwanda and the broader Sub‑Saharan region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction for the Emerging Leaders ecosystem.
• Oversee curriculum development and delivery for the Trek program.
• Manage partnerships with Youth Impact Mission and cultivate new collaborations with regional youth organizations.
• Lead the establishment of the Kurumbuka Learning Centre in partnership with Trinity Western University.
• Build and maintain systems that support sustainable program growth.

Required profile

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to Christ‑centered transformation.
• Proven leadership experience in Rwanda or the surrounding region.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective systems.
• High integrity and a passion for developing young African leaders.
