Customer Support Consultant – Hospitality (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join its global, multilingual team. You will work remotely, providing assistance to hospitality and travel customers through phone, chat, and email while representing leading SaaS and hardware brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer support via phone, chat and email.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tools, technology and best‑practice happiness methods.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
• Achieve KPI targets and maintain deep product knowledge.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional specialists to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) – spoken and written.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer support role.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Experience in the travel industry.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
