About the role

As a Bellboy you will be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive, ensuring their luggage and belongings are handled with care and that they feel welcome throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly transport guests’ luggage, parcels and messages to and from rooms.
• Provide a warm, personalized orientation of the room and hotel facilities.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, acting as an ambassador for the property and brand.
• Assist guests with any additional requests, always with a smile.

• Team‑player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, helpful demeanor.
• Respect for guests’ belongings and attention to detail.
