Senior Officer – Registration

About the role

The Rwanda Social Security Board is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Officer, Registration to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding and registration pipeline for the EjoHeza programme. Reporting to the Lead, Registration & Savings, you will ensure high‑quality member data, supervise Registration Officers, and support data‑driven decision‑making across digital and assisted channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full registration lifecycle, from initial onboarding to final data validation.
• Monitor and improve digital channel performance and assisted registration processes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date member records, ensuring compliance with data‑quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Registration Officers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Produce regular performance reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and resolve registration issues promptly to minimise delays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in registration, onboarding, or data‑management functions, preferably in a public‑sector or social‑protection context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership abilities.
